I have had a LOT of people canceling or rescheduling last minute . PLEASE note that if you decide to cancel your session it will be 2 or 3 months (maybe longer) to get back in. If this continues to be a problem I will be forced to start requiring deposits.

I have cut my hours back a tad for 2013 which will make it harder to get an appt. I recommend you set your appt at least 2 or 3  months in advance to ensure your desired spot. weekends and evenings tend to book up faster. Pricing will change as of July 1st 2013. Schedule changes as of June 1st 2013.

May is completely full and evening session are full through August. I still have Monday mornings available through the summer for full on location sessions. if you need a weekend I still have some Saturday semi sessions available. I am running low on summer studio sessions. most of June and July are booked up. sessions are not open for booking yet after August 15th. If you would like to book a session PLEASE do so asap as I cannot guarantee spots will be available especially if you are looking for a session within the next few weeks.

 Showing up later than 20 minutes to an appt without a phone call or email is considered a no call no show and automatically cancels your appt and your next appt will require a deposit. (please make sure you leave your house in plenty of time to get here and know the location so you don't get lost.)

Please allow up to 2 weeks (may be longer for large orders) for editing (FOR ALL SESSIONS). You will then receive a private online gallery of the images you chose. Please note that cd's are not dropped in the mail daily. Shipping could take up to a week.

SUMMER SCHEDULE 

Mondays:

9:00 (reserved for full on location session)

Friday: (limited as i am only doing a few a month)

Saturday:

Saturdays are reserved for SEMI on location sessions ONLY. these are 20 minute sessions at a preset location. come camera ready. these will be casual session which means there is no particular theme. Great for family sessions! These are NOT mini sessions and prepaid mini gifts cannot be used for these. those are separate. cost is $100 for 20 minutes, 10 pics on the cd and option to buy extras.

June 22nd: downtown yukon (casual back alley setting)

8:40, 9:00, 9:20, 9:40, 10:00, 10:20

July 20th: campus setting (more casual/formal)

8:40, 9:00, 9:20, 9:40, 10:00, 10:20

August 3rd: field with red couch (can be casual or casual/formal)

Saturday times are green if time is still available and red if time has filled. (always check as spot may have filled and not been updated).

mini sessions are 15 minutes long and 1 outfit (on a preset backdrop / theme/ or location) for $60 for 5 pics on a CD with a print release. (there will be an option to buy extra portraits via online proofing album). Contest winnings (unless it was a mini win), discounts, special offers, prepays or deposits for other sessions, etc will NOT be allowed to be used for mini sessions (unless it has already been discussed). PLEASE DO NOT ASK. its a flat $60 for 5 pics.  ALL mini sessions MUST be prepaid through paypal UPON booking.  You do not need a paypal account to  send the payment) on outdoor session 1 kid or all even mom and dad can be in the pics your choice. (we can do some family then some of siblings, then individuals. check individual shoot for restrictions)) child MUST be able to sit up on their own.  5 people max (no more than 2 adults). PLEASE show up at least 5 minutes early session will not be extended if you are late. once your time is up its up.

to schedule please email me at scantlingphotography@hotmail.com  (or 'Lora Scantling' on Facebook) please have a general idea of what  time you would like (out of days available) and the age of child you want photographed. Once your email has been responded to with a date and time please respond within 24 hours with a yes or no and a contact number (cell number if available please) to book the spot . you will get a confirmation email once the spot has been filled for you. (spots are NOT final until confirmation email has been received.) feel free to ask any questions via email. if the discussion needs a phone call please send me your phone number in the email and request a phone call. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPOTS ARE NOT HELD WHILE WAITING FOR RESPONSES. TO  ENSURE YOU GET YOUR SPOT PLEASE RESPOND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE OR SPOT MAY BE FILLED. Always confirm your appt a day or two before your session by email or on facebook. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice.
